Mike Befeler

Mike Befeler is author of six books in the Paul Jacobson Geezer-lit Mystery Series, two of which were finalists for The Lefty Award for best humorous mystery, and a standalone geezer-lit mystery, Death of a Scam Artist. Other books include a theater mystery, Mystery of the Dinner Playhouse; a historical mystery, Murder on the Switzerland Trail; a paranormal private investigator mystery, The V V Agency; an international thriller, The Tesla Legacy, a professional organizer mystery, Unstuff Your Stuff; two sports mysteries, Court Trouble and Paradise Court; two paranormal geezer-lit mysteries, The Back Wing and The Front Wing; and a biography of a World War II soldier, The Best Chicken Thief in All of Europe. Mike is past-president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Mystery Writers of America. After a thirty-nine year business career, he retired into writing. He grew up in Hawaii, spent many years in Boulder, Colorado, and currently lives in Lakewood, California, with his wife Wendy.
